My first Vray attempt (my model and render -NOT my design  )
I have to do about 40 renders of similar houses and would like to get the first one right.

First I need to get rid of the GI artifacts on the garage door....
Any other suggestion or comments are more than welcome.
These buildings are not filled with drama and are conservative for a conservative market. I just want them to look as photoreal as possible and obviously something is lacking........

GI is set to Medium quality, AA is Adaptive DMC Min1, max 4, threshold 0.01
Sun is Physical Sun,
Shadow Subdivision 20

C4D 9.6

Thanks in advance

Cheers

your area shadow samples are too low. also, your saturation levels are giving the house a dirty green feeling.

Strat,
thanks for your help.
By shadow samples, do you mean subdivisions?
I've upped them from 20 to 40 and it has improved the shadow'noise'.
In an attempt to fix the artifacts on the garage door, I turned on detail enhance. It helped but sent the render time through the roof. Any other ideas?

The dirty green colour is unfortunatley the render colour the client wants.
