Hi everybody,

finally i found some time to spent on my plugins again, so I added a couple features to the WindowGenerator plugin (http://www.dns-plugins.de/winGen.php) :

added support for hinges: (updated vid)

third vertical divider and boolean offset: (new vid)

added a divider gap slider, to make your life easier with custom divider profiles:

added the possibility to add detail objects to individual window wings only:
single frame details video (http://www.dns-plugins.de/video/winGen/single_frame_detail.mp4)


also a couple minor improvements and bugfixes, here's the full changelog:
- added hinges
- added new hinge models to preset browser
- added sliders for divider wing gap
- new detail options: detail objects for individual wings
- added reset buttons for horz and vert divider offset
- fix divider offset, when divider depth is not linked to frame depth
- changed rotation hinge style from sphere to cylinder
- added scale slider for hinge preview (rot and swing)
- minor optimisations and odd crash bugs (in R9.6)


It's a free update and it will be available to download form my website after some more testing, probably in the next couple of days.

EDIT:
- updated the hinges vid to show option for specifying hinge count
- added new vid that shows third vertical divider and boolean offset

Hi,

I added some more stuff (check updated vids in first post):

Added a third vertical divider, which means you have even more combinations for your window layouts now.

Added the possibility to specify how many hinges you want for your window wings.
So you youl can have any count of hinges per window wing from 1 to 8 hinges.

And lastly per request i added the possibility to specify an offset between the boole shape that makes the hole in your wall, and the window. So you can actually overlap your window into the wall (or make a gap there). This was requested to prevent co-planar polygons when window and 'hole' are exactly in the same space.
