Nice image.
But sorry don't look "real" : more like a model.
Your point of vue is to high, all your texture need dirt, more detailled elements (windows are not like this in true life).
You can't have windows so close to the roof.
Windows reflect basic building model of the other side of the street, better to texture these buildings or have a photo.
This building is not high enough to have a 3rd vanishing point, or you should go closer, I'd choose to keep camera horizontaly.
Sorry I'm in bad mood in the morning ! :D

Thanks for the comments, i know it doesnt look real, thats why i put "real" , you are right, it needs more detail, i will follow some of your advices like the reflection in front of the building and try to get rid of the third vanishing point. I dont understand why you say that i can't have windows so close to the roof i dont see the problem with them, if u can be more specific i'll appreciate it. And dont worry about the mood, i like to hear differents points of view, sometimes you dont see the obvious and you need someone to open your eyes. Thanks.

you can see page 7 of :

(it is in french but there is pictures)
Above your window you have space then you have a concreate slab of something 25cm and then a little wall to constraint water (40-80cm).
Sorry, but I can't use my architecture knowledge to chase after girls, so I use it to bore people on forums :D

Well, you are wrong, you can't say that one architecture solution works for all, it depends of where u are located, the amount of rain, the local regulations, etc, etc. The roof solution was aproved and it works fine. So, maybe in other place u have to put the small wall (in spanish you called it parapeto i dont know in english) that u are talking about, but it isnt this case. And is not boring to talk about architecture.

Be sure I'm aware that there is a lot of solutions, but I don't think that Gehry made this project, so I'm waiting basic and "cheap" solutions.
In france for exemple, you should be hanged if you make a buiding with stairs in the entry ( handicapped persons ). 8)

architecturally speaking, the gap between your windows and roof is fine :)

legally, you can design and build what the heck you like, and work and stick within regs, if you're skilled enough. As a feature, you could have the windows actually go right up to the top of the roof line if you so wished, with cuts in the slab.

besides, different rules in different countries.

You are right STRAT, different countries different rules!
titane357, i agree with you about the handicapped entrance, i will suggest that to my friend.

the wall mat does not look real. Elements are bigger in reality.
