How can i make a luminous blurry plastic ? like a light plastic surface... without VrayLight !

I think Tong is suggesting that you provide us with a reference image of what you're trying to achieve?

The more specific you can be, the better - luminous blurry plastic isn't enough info to go on.

i think he mean like a plastic shiny that reflect and its lighting. like some lamps you see at home, you see the reflection on it and its lighting.

but he want the one that is lighting to show a reflection like the day version one..
i saw some examples with maxwell and etc.. i might try making it if its what you want.

just put that texture in the lumiance channel and adjuts the multiplier:-)
