I really need to be able to blur my reflections. I know you can do this in the Environment tab, but I really need to do this within the textures. Some textures need to reflect more clearly than others. I have not been able to find a way to do this. Where is this located?

Look at the glossiness parameter in the specular channels.
If you want the reflection to be independent from the specular, then activate the first specular channel and uncheck "reflection" in the options for this channel.
Then activate a second specular channel and uncheck the "specular" option on this one.
The first channel will only control speculars, the second one the reflections.
Change the glossiness parameter of that second specular channel to control the amount of blur you want there.

Hello Troyan,
are you talking about filters for the textures or a Glossy Reflections?
Cheers

Ok, I think I figured it out. The problem seemd to be that I had my Reflection layer on also. I thought you needed that to show reflections at all. Now the reflections are blurring via specular channels. Hopefully I can wrap my brain around why this works like this soon as you would think that all reflection parameters would be in the reflection channel. Nice effect, however.

well then you make some wrong,
make sure to not use the reflection channel, only specular.
adjust the specualr glossy reflection. 0.8 is good p.e.
be sure also to set the transparency in specular to the value you need.
the default is 90%transparent, so the glossyness strenght is only10%
set it to about 50 p.e. or use a fresnel setting at the bottom.
once you get it it is very easy:-)

Indeed, it looks great. A couple of other quick things
1) I have a map in the Environment tab of the global settings to reflect onto the scene. Is it possible to tile this map or is it static at 100% spherical?
2) Is it possible to use Ambient Occlusion with Vray?
