I'm trying to realize this kind of colored glass for architectural buildings facade; not more trasparent, not more reflective, a little bit translucent... but I'm not yet able playing with vray materials, who kindly could help me?

That night shot is fantastic!
You want to add color to the transparency of at least one of the layers. The most likely one is refraction. You can use the main color in refraction to do this, but instead/also modifying the color under the IOR setting there will work, I think, better.
Translucency? That's also in refraction, where you would go below nearly clear.

arch -fake-glass you can make using an refraction with an ior of 1 with no volume, and actually only using specular reflection, you then can play with IOR colors in specular relfection to set relfection strenght. you can set a color in refraction colorthen to give it a tint.
for the colored glass i would try real glas with volume and tint those volum colors in glas. this makes beautifull glass in colors.
if you need opak or semiopak glass add a diffuce channel and set diffuse channle transparency to a value higher than 0..best 50+80%, you can also use fresnel in the diffuse channel

Here I've attached a first shot of the building..
(I'm not much satisfied for the work at the moment).
The entire scene with all the materials is posted on the main forum under the "How to have a very fast render region preview?" topic.
