Hi guys,

I've been working on this project the last week. Some of the models in the Images are not modelled by me.

To render:
I used DMC with no filter
About 45 mins to render one image in Very high quality, pre-calculated maps used.
A bit of Photoshop Post-work is also done to get the 'glow effect'

Comments are welcome :D

very nice image ! nice design also. I like the glow effect, seemed to be the right amount for this image and atmosphere.

couple of things that bothers me: the scale of the chairs+table seem to be too large. also the carpet floor is scaled too large in my opinion.
beside that: shappo !!! :P

Nice work!
I like the kitchen more even if i don't agree with the green ceramic between all that brown wood :D

thanks guys. :)

It's weird that you say the chair and table is too big. It's the original size.

Cheers

Nice but feel like little more contrast would be better
do not really like this "grainy effect", and the mapping of the wood seems to be to big

Were I the end client, I'd ask how soon the work could start. The renders really capture the clean design. Love the tattered edge of the toilet paper. ;)

How did you create spot light effects ?

I can't even create this effect as realistic

The dining table chairs do look vertically attenuated. The width of chair seats (front view) is usually close to being equal to the floor to seat dimension (45cm +/-).

Do I understand you correctly that you have produced all of this work in one week? If so, this is impressive to me. And, it all looks really good. Well done.

nycL45,

jip, but as i said, some of the models i did not model myself like the chair and table for instance.

I think regarding the view it is becasue i used the architectural camera...

Can you explain it a little bit
What's the options for IES light ?

I checked IES light on option but there is nothing

IES stands for the difinition of how the light looks
thats why the spot lights are not just "spots" but have a shape
You need to load an IES file in the IES tab of the light otherwise it won't work
