Hello, My name is Ettore. finally i'am a new member of your comunity because today i bought Vray educational :) Yeah! :) As soon as i can, i'll post some of my works to know yours opinions....
Actually, i got a bit surprised of the educational versione price, because i think is much more expensive than other edu.version of other grafic software... like rhino, cinema4d. do u know why ?

and so... i'am looking forward to receive the activation key!!:)

Actually i've already tested the software on a friend's computer and here are the results! so what do you think? Is a good start?
those renders were for a course i took at university....

Thanks Ettore.

P.s. Sorry for my bad english... :)

I would prefer a much brighter second image (with burned exterior).
The man could see the picture much easier :D

Put the people in post prod in photoshop, you can adjust them better.

If you want you can keep your people shadow with a compositing tag.

the perspective isn't really the big problem. the problem is they're floating. This, together with no attempt to color match, they look completely alien to the image. If you're requested to add people at least make the effort to integrate them as best you can. else you can ruin an other wise perfectly decent image.

it's done in post. but take your time when doing it.

Thank u very much STRAT for your suggestion: You are totally right about people.
In fact, i had to rash and "stick" people on the image because my professor asked me to do it at the day last time. ( this appened because the building caratteristic is the dimension of the doors that are very little so people underline this fact by comparison.)
Next time i will take my time do it and by the way, i saw some good examples of people in this forum.. can u tell me if those people are normal picture + alpha ? are they different ? what caind of people are them ?

you really made me understand my mistakes, i will wait for some more good suggestion... and maybe some critics on this works that i post right now.

@nico yes, is a good idea. thanks.

Cheers. Ettore.
p.s. sorry for my bad english.

this shot is nice, but its kinda faded (lack of contrast in colors).
it might be because i don't see different between the light outside the glass and inside the building. :P
