I think the grass looks a little bit blueish. I also would use a different sun angle (if possible, don´t know if you have to match real world light direction).

nice start!

try to get a pov of prox. the height of a standing person in front of that building looking at it to avoid inconsistent y-axis.

the night-scene ist way to bright. the light of the rooms would be enough to get a cool mood.

i would add some abstract people,..
