Hi

I have only been a quarter way through the manual because I've got no time so I'm working a bit in the dark.

Anyway, these are my first images produced using Vray. I know other Vray masters could do a lot better.

http://img3.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/b564fe1dc5.jpg

One image was rendered in an hour, 2 were rendered in 2.5 hours and the overhead was done in 3 hours. Resolution was set to A4 150dpi. P4 3.2ghz 512ram.

C+C's are welcome.

Thanks,

Hi Jershaun,

They're not bad for a first timer! Your framing of the first picture is nice.
Things you need to work on:

grass: too green + tiling. Also they create a too big contast with the white house: very hard green grass, very red tiles and a blue umbrella. They distract you from the house.
Same texture problem on the tiles from the terrace (you have a returning pattern).
Don't use the same plants on a row by the frontdoor.

The light from Vray is pretty nice...

good luck,

Baucis
