It would be great if light from the luminosity leyer of vray mtl could cast shadows.

it`s behave like VrayLight, the same way when it visible.

Yes. But for vray light I can turn on shadows. But how can I turn on shadows for object with luminosity leyer.

we collect hat wish to be able to turn of shadows for lumiance materials.

every luminosity material makes shadows, you need gi of course on

than i missed something GI is on off course,lamps is luminosity mat but i dont see shadows also i try to put HDRI map in luminosity but no shadows it is some trick in GI settings?

well in that scene there is nothing to make shadows in front of the lamps;-)
also not on real

the lumiance body is bigger than the candle body, so those makes a soft light and wont make any shadows on the wall.

shdows are only the absense of light, no "effect", where there comes no light(becuase it is blocked by another object) we call this shadow, this is of coruse also in every lumiance material
