Curtain test by NATAK.

(I now it`s to bright in window, but that`s the point of test ;-) )

it`s old Max classical scene for curtains.

thanx for ur sharing but this curtain dosnt show it's back. my background image seen exactly white. :roll:

can you explain somethink more about your settings. because of no vray cam and light tags and a prety high color mapping values. Indeed it look realy cool!

LoL I just rendered this scene, but It is way to bright, the whole scene is almost pure white.
Are you sure the images are rendered with the settings as in the attached file....

I've been struggling with this sort of curtain for 2 days now. Just about ready to start offering bribes. ;) I got pretty close using the Normal effect (as in the old Buffy)in the Refraction and Luminence channels, but it's very limited in options.

Trying to get that neat look and feel that others have. The window and curtain setup is the one provided above. I tweaked the curtains and added a sofa and coffeetable by scanmead and other items from me. It's a bit too bright for my taste but I think it's getting there. Thanks for the helpful files so we can learn!
