it`s 3dfluff.com dvd trainning scene, all I did is opened, convert materials, and on GI.

ps: In scene no light, only light-materials, it`s awesome, vray4c4d made it look near the original without big differents, in first render. (TV plasma dissapeared in render).

well almost, but for a blind translation not bad indeed.

but you definitly should tweak the vray result:-)

That's a really good example of the way the Vray Material converter treats alphas. It does them the other way round although to many this is the correct way. It seems the default way should be to invert the alpha on material conversion.

sure. You right on 100%.

No need in unnecessary actions, if it can make the computer for us. (c) Terminator 2 ;-)

The vray material translator stole the plasma!

I can see the TV logo, so it must be a material issue...
invisible TV... great invention!

I've done just a couple of material conversion, each very basic
materials. Works great, but I'd like to know how capable is
the converter, does is work with multiple shaders in one material also?
Any restrictions one should be aware of?

If this was posted before, I'm sorry, need to catch up.
Thank you!
