Windows XP 64bit & Vray Problem

Hi guys, i recently got windows xp 64 bit edition and when i installed cinema 4d 10.5... and after when i installed vray... it doesnt loaded at all... i tried every thing to get it work... but i am still not resolved with this issue.... please help... thanx

did you run CINEMA 4D.exe, not CINEMA 4D 64bit.exe ?

yeah man... i ran cinema4d 64 bit.exe but it didnt work too... then to make sure i ran the 32bit version also but it didnt work...

man it gives no messages... it loads quietly and gives no messages or errors

Shift + F10 after loading c4d, what you see?
you on Pc?
dll and key in root c4d folder?

man on pressing Shift + F10 a console appears and nothing is in the console its empty and yes key and dlls are placed in the root folder...
