license registering problem

I recently got a new computer running Windows Vista 64 bit. I installed Cinema 4D on this computer (version 10.5) and then I installed Vray for C4D into the C:\Program Files(x86)\Maxon folder. I then installed Vray for C4D into C:\Program Files(x86)\Maxon\Cinema 4D R10\plugins directory. When I run Cinema 4D (32 bit) I can see that it says "Loading plugins VRay Bridge" but I don't see it where it should be under the Render menu. Can you please help. Very frustrating.

reinstall and try again,
if all is setup and installed correct and you use the correct key this 100% works as i already said in other post.

please donnot post the same in AAl forum parts. we also see you in one.

look into the c4d console window, if you used the correct key and c4d serial, they must fit together.
