Simple car paint, with fresnel for color and reflection, and two speculars (one sharp, one noisy to simulate metallic paint flakes).

Yes, this type of shader needs to be tweaked, since it relies on fresnel angle.
So, depending on the shape and angle of your object, the fresnel gradiant has to be adjusted.

i tried to had a little bit of effect to the flakes,
this should show the flakes more on the high spec parts...

noon3, it was just for testing purpose, and let people play with it to finetune the mat :)
