Vray problem... Cannot find vray_stuff.dll

Hi there, im having problem running vray... i just installed it on Cinema 4D version 10.506 on XP 32-bit version. Previously it was working fine with version 10 but as i bought new one... its not running.... can u guys help... thanx :(

please contact our office under the email you have from buying, then we can help you. vray runs fine on vista32 if installed all right.
