New serial urgently needed

Hi,

I've got my permanent serials from maxon a week a go (I used the temporary serials until now-just bought it not long ago), so now I need a different key for vray.
I've sent 2 emails last week to info@vrayforc4d.com (the headline was only "vray") and tried to contact you at +43 1 913 55 74 yestrday and today......no answer on the phone, and no mail...
my c4d temporary serials will be out of date in 6 days, so it's pretty urgent.

how can we solve this ?

Well, this is almost getting rediculous....

In 5 days I won't be able to work since the temporary serials of cinema will expire and I can't use the new serials I got from maxon since I don't have vray key for it....

nobody answers my phone calls or mails....
I really don't care if everyone is at siggraph, I paid too much money to be ignored for almost a week now. And hey, don't they have internet over there ......

How can I contact someone from the vrayforc4d group ................

Has this problem been resolved yet? We are ready to purchase another VRay license but it looks like there are some 'customer service' issues here.

No, nobody contacted me, I even sent a pm last night to stefan - and still nothing.....
this is so annoying....

does anybody have the personal mail phone of someone in this group ......
If I don't get my new vray key in 4 days....well....this will be a disaster to my work :(

maybe post in the siggraph thread. or pm ernest or darian and ask them to contact stefan. they are at the siggraph and visit their booth.

you need to wait for stefan to get back from LA when Siggraph finish.
yeah he answer from the web another computer but he cant send you
a license from there.
