vray material preview problems!

Hi everyone,
I've recently installed vrayforc4d 1.08 on cinema 4d r10 for mac osx,the render won't start up and if i try to create vray material the preview window doesen't show up the effects material but it only comes as black.
How can i sort out?

also i hope you install 1.0876 not older verison 1.08.

you have the email from when you have bought it, use the same or the info.

Hi Stefan,

Start up problems under R11... I am sure you can help :)

My steps:

- create a scene
- add VrayMat to objects
- add vray light tag to light
- add vray camera tag to camera
- in render settings add VRayBridge tag and check the 'GI "on"' in Indirect Illumination tab
- render image
- nu calculations but a direct black rendering of the scene.

I have the feeling VRay is not activated in the scene...
