How i do caustics with a spot light ?

Hi

Stefan showed me a way how to avoid crashes and now I am in the process of getting experience with the settings. It is easy to loose the caustics if you change the settings such as the max intensity in larger steps.

This scene produces the image below (which still needs optimization), the units in C4DR10.111 were set to millimeters.
