error in render

hi everyone

When im render a scene whith vray my c4d freezes anyone know why, and do a bug report.

It stops when starting export the objects. my scene has this polygons 4403(3777055). :(

Its not the fist time that happens. Vray dont support so may objects and
polygons?

Please help me whith a solution to render a large scene.

thats not many polygons at all:-)

we render billions of polygons fast and with no error or crash.


do you use the official verison 1.1, this run very stable like c4d.
then this does not happen if you installed all ok.

if you are a official user yiu can also email me if you have install problems.

Im using the 1.1 demo version, and it blows my c4d. I follow the instructions for the instal.

I dont know why this happens in vray and not in c4d...

Open the C4D console (Shift+F10 by default) and see if it outputs any error message.
Vray does not fully support C4D materials, and some various effects (some options in the C4D lights, for example), so make sure you use things that it can render properly.

The culprit seems to be memory, as your file is overloaded with generators and NURBS with high settings (as well as HNs).

I sent you a file back with some optimization examples.
