Occasionally when trying to create leather (or soft fabrics), with a default diffuse and some slight specular, the light doesn't quite disperse how you might expect.

Using a combination of the Sketch&Toon cel shader, a fresnel and some slight AO, this material is a little softer on the eyes than the easy setup.

interesting attempt.
for fabrics try some fresnel in the spec-channel..
works good for me.

I think you certainly achieved the soft look all around - light and shadow, forms, etc.

Very nice.

It's certainly nothing complex, although the Cel shader I use really has its benefits when manipulating simple diffuse materials.
