I don't have knowledge about VRAY, but it looks ok :).

pretty good but the floor mat is not good also the anti aliasing is low i think
make the mood more dark and blueish :P

that will be great and the sun shouldnt be yellow , make it white or so

i think you can make the walls look nice if you make the texture tilable and give it more displacement.
