If there are any middle to heavy weight interior designers out there in the Midlands (UK) that are looking for a short to perm contract let me know.
Firstly... must be a great interior designer with a proven track record and be able to handle a serious work load whilst project managing themselves.
After that.. skills with Indesign, Photoshop, Cinema4D, VrayforC4D & Macs would be a plus.
