just set ur settings u want to start with in each scene and save this document as new.c4d in ur cinema main folder

there is simple way
Render - Setting - Effects -
See in one line with Enable Post Effects in right corner Post Effect with jumpup menu- where you choose wich effect to apply, so in that menu click on SAVE PRESET, and all vray bridge settings (and also all settings off all effects that apllied) will be saved in new effect preset. Simple Load Preset will load all yours settings in any scene.
and you can have more then one preset of course.

but it would be cool to have the colormapping-settings saved in the saved rendersettings..
