install questions

Hello all, I'm a bit puzzled by the install steps:
Do I dump the entire 72 items in the vray_plugins in cinema's root folder?, and the VrayBridge.key doesn't install double clicking on it. what do I do with the res folder?
The install pdf isn't realy clear.

Got it to work. I tough that the second download link was a mirror.
silly me.

I have 1.01 running in C4D version 10.111 and I cannot get either update to work. As soon as I gon into the Effects settings to use vray or use the material converter it tells me there are missing files......but when I put the original 1.01 back it works fine.
