i think, a ckeckbox for affect reflections, affect refractions would be very useful in color mapping tab.

i am not sure i understand.

color mapping is an image tone mapping. it always includes reflections and refractions.

there is also no way to split this and be still correct in solution

in the color mapping tab, you can choose wether the background of the enviroment is affected by color mapping or not. i think it would be very useful to have also a checkbox for reflections and refractions.

you can compensate it with gamma filter i think

the background is something on its own,
do you mean reflection refraction enviroment?

there i can ask vlado, this could be possible, otherwise as said juts use the filter shader on them with wanted gamma adjutsment.
