Hi guys, I put the key in the C4D root folder and every time I try to render I get the spinning ball and have to force quit C4D. Stefan wrote that if VFC bombs the license is not working and could be in the wrong place.
Any ideas?

Hi
Sorry i can't help: But i have the same problem.
I put it as the image shows in the Cinema 4D R10 folder. But the file is identified as a Keynote file? Do you have the same problem?

The .key is correct if you look at pages 2 & 3 of the Install Manual that came with your License Key email. It is "VrayBridge.key".
I just noticed that the icon in the manual is *similar* to the icons in your pic.

Controll click on the Cinema.APP file and choose open Package from the contextmenu
add the content of the VrayLibsOSX_1.0.zip file to it
http://www.studiobaff.com/galleries/Libaries.jpg
those libarys are nesseary to work
add the content of the VrayBridgeOSX_1.0.zip to the Plugin folder
add the licence file to the Cinema4d 10 folder
you cannot use a Windows licence file on OSX!
if you open cinema just make a new Vraymaterial
the mat editor tries to render the preview if this works you are set
and ready to shot

Hey Belushy, thanks for the idea for posting the files. BTW, the license file is attached by Stefan, et al, and there is no telling about its gender (mac or windows). I hope I got the right one.

I have everything in the exact same folders, followed the instructions carefully and checked all at least 7 times!
I think you got a good point nycL45
Stefan. There are users with the same sore of problems on the OSX area of the forum. Could you please check?
Thanks

Edit: Stefan posted on the C4D cgtalk forum that C4D R10.1 must be installed. I have R10.008. Off to Maxon.
Bumped because I have my lid and leathers and want to try out this Harley-Davidson screaming red Sportster, a.k.a. VrayForC4D.
