I've tried almost everything but it still doesn't look good and realistic enough . I tried playing with white balance and color mapping [img2] , I tried many camera variations of F-number, Iso and shutter speed [Img3]. Didn't succeed. Floor on first 2 pictures is grey and scene is dark, but when I increase light to get floor more bright and more nice, walls are burning... Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

use only sun+sky and
place light portal in window to make more brighter room

If you use a phycam, you must increase the sun's "Intensity Value" to 1.
Try better with the color mapping's type exponential.

check your Exponential in color mapping instead of linear multiply
