Not install vray 1.1 on osx with leopard?

Hi,
i try to install my licensed version of vray1.1 on my new intel leopard, cinema 4d version 11.
It doesn't work!

I have no assistance from my reseller...i hope someone here can help me?

think you need an intel key
the ppc key doesn't work on a intelmac

yes, I've got the intel key too... but i think the key reseller gave me is not good.
When i've bought my vray i've got my INTEL key, but becouse i still not have the intel, they send me the ppc too.

I write to stefan but no answer still2 week! good support guys at c4d for vray!

we answer EVERY email we get daily(!), no email gets unanswered here. make sure you write to "info@vrayforc4d.com" with vray in subject.

if you get no answer check that our emails are not filtered by a spam filer or by your provider,

you see if there is a key error on the cienma4d console window(window menue, console). the serial number for c4d 1 is identical for 11.5 if you have an upgrade from maxon. the vray kicense is bound to this serial and must be identical. make sure they numbers are identical. if you get an key error the numbers do not fit. in that case call us.

if our emails doesnt reach us ask your provider to whitelist all emails from the domain "vrayforc4d.com",
also our telefone number is written big on our website. you can also call during office times.

p.s you are probably the one angry guy writing us the same email over and over again requesting a new key, which we have answered now several times,
we also have send you new key (and also your reseller several times). the reseller writes us always at a totally wrong email (my private personal) with a date several weeks old, there seem to be a severe email problem with you if you dont get our emails. sometimes the providers filter emails with faulty filters, so that people dont get all mails (as the email works with all other resellers and customers i guess the porblem is not in our email system)
