Hi tecnico,
some ideas:
First of all I would say you use a wrong light.
The light-rays you can see between the roofs are not parallel = it cannot be sunlight = the look is like of a small model lightened with a lamp.
Try sun+sky.
Take the sun-object in C4D (and set location+day time) and add a light-vray tag with activated sun+sky..
My second tip: Is it possible to change the view?
I would go down and use a lower value for the focal lenght (for example 35mm instead of 60mm(?)) to achieve more perspective.
Then tune a little your materials (use specular when you need more reflections, a texture or displacement for grass etc.)
What about a background?
You can place a plane behind your buildings and map an image on it.
Use vray-composition-tag for it with only >visible for camera<-mode activated.
Greetings!
