hey there,
i recently heard that there is a vray version available for cinema 4d.
i just downloaded the demo from the mainsite and installed the two folders like documented.
when i launch cinema 4d i can see vray but that was about it. i started to create a vray material but the preview of the material is just black. and this is where it hang right now.
i already searched the forum for solutions and found another thread where you talked about the permission rights.
can you explain this a little more detailed.
what i did so far is:
- put the vraybridge folder in the plugins folder
- and the vraylibs folder in the c4d.app content macos ( like in the instruction pdf)
- after i read the post i also checked the permissions and made sure that the whole maxon folder and all subfolder and files have write & read permission.
i have a mac with osx and c4d r11
really hope that you can help me since the pictures i saw over here are just great and i really would like to explore the render a little bit!
thanks ahead of time!!!
