Hi,

as title says really. I may have missed it on CG Talk but I though the PPC compatible version was coming out later, but looking at some of the people installing it they appear to have G5s.

How did you install it on a G5 noseman? I can not "show package contents" of a PPC icon

but as a summary:
1. only 9.6 or 10.111
2. C4D PPC is ONLY PPC but Cinema4D.app is Universal Binary which means PPC AND UB.
You have to install and use C4D 9.6 UB. It runs fine on G4s and G5s.

There might be a problem with some 9.6 installations. The dev team are on it.
Do EXACTLY as I mention in my other post (link above). It should work.
