to be honest i would use good image based brcik textures.

if yo really need custom made procedual ones like this, you can use it with parallels or vmware inside osx. to my experience as mac user it is quite handy to have such a windows compatibility layer in osx. there are many small apps out there, where it is nice to be able to use also in osx.
