Freelancer needed

We are looking for a freelance C4d - Vray - generalist , to work on site from our Cardiff bay office for 3-4 weeks. Starting in a week or so..

Applicants must show proficiency in using C4d (all modules) and Vray rendering system.
A knowledge of Sketchup might be useful as will working with architectural drawings.
Photoshop knowledge and texture creation is important.

Salary depends on experience.

We are looking for a fixed short term contract might develop to be a bit longer. We will pay more for your time if you have more experience.

The salary of a freelancer should primarily influenced by the freelancer's experience and quality of portfolio. This is more important than physical amount of work.

Should an inexperienced and average nube demand the same pay as a seasoned and experienced pro for the same amount of work?

The problem I have is that I need someone to be sitting next to us during the day, and freelancers, working from London will not come over the bridge... and others we know, have other commitments and are unable to give the amount of time needed... It is looking that I might be able to extend the contract... we have 2 other animation jobs in the offing also... so fingers crossed..

I am still fishing....
