McAfee deletes VrayBridge.cdl which stops Vray from working. If I restore the file, it gets deleted the moment C4D loads up again.

Has anyone else had this problem? If there any kind of work around other than disabling antivirus or sending the file to McAfee....

I am trying to test Vray for my studio and need to use it now, not when McAfee decide to include an exception in an update. I can't get the IT people to turn off AntiVirus either.

Please help...

this is an macafee error, not a vray error. macaffe see the themidia protection falsly as virus (it is NOT of course)

p.s. i just read a few days ago mac affee hast killed zig thousands of pcs, as it hats seen a svchost.exe(essential windows part) as virus....quite bad mistake for a virus scanner.

@stefan, true it mainly affected XP users.

Just exclude the file from macfee and it will not detect it again.
