My future House...

Well, this is my future house in rooms, I have much work to do, but this is my wip, I hope you can help me with all thigs you can see to make better visualizations....

My great proglems is with IES lights, if I use it near walls looks good, but when I put it far, then IES appear so much blurred, someone could post a sample with a good IES?... Thanks to all
