Hello,

I opened up an official support forum for the users of my commercial plugins (ScoobyCamTools, SplineSPREAD and SurfaceSPREAD). The forum enables me to give better support for my customers and also provides a way to get in contact with those of my customers whose email servers reject my emails.

New accounts need to be activated by me first. When registering, please use the same email address that you used when purchasing my plugins, or choose a user name that allows me to recognize you.

Hi Tong,

yes, only registered customers get access to that forum. The reason is simple: That forum is really only for plugin support. I don't want to open another C4D community, since we have enough of those ;-) Hence, there's no reason for a non-customer to register in the support forum.

One of the main reasons is that I have a lot of customers with very restrictive email servers. Some of them do not get the emails sent by my license system or from my website. With the new forum, I can simply send them a private message.
