Cinema crashes when interrupting rendering

Heyho,
I experience this alot when I'm on OSX - if I render something in editor view and then accidentaly click somewhere, it often causes Cinema & Vray to crash. I think this just happens early on during the render process. Later I can cancel rendering without problems.
Is this a known bug or maybe something wrong with my installation?

Mac Pro 2x2,8Ghz QuadCore
12GB Ram
Mac OS X 10.6
Cinema 11 & Vray 1.2

i would re install to make sure,
also update to 1.2.5.1 i recommend (in 1.2.5.1 i never have this for sure, in 1.2 i had that very very rare)
