Here is a little helper for the sun with a central scene pivot instead of a local one.
Not really evoluted but it's so easier to place the sun where you want.
There is a cm/m switch in the object attribute.

A default vraylight tag in sun mode is applicated, no settings has been changed but the shadows.

Last warning : when switching m/cm in vray beware to the shadow bias value : a bias of 0.5 meters is totally false !
