realistic not the right word, i can wright 2 pages A4 about why it not realistic image, but it does not matter, why ? because it`s not the point.
that`s why, in real you will never get to bright light from sun, that get out color of object completely:

it's a pleasing image, but needs a fair bit of attention paid to the smaller details.
your brick texture is all wrong. it doesn't absorb shadows or gi very well and it looks like wall paper rather than bricks. those shelves dont look attached to the wall for instance. they look floating.
you have low noise samples in there and AA issues. your carpet is too high casting a nasty dark shadow, the tv screen is flat black with no reflection or bloom, the glass of wine on the left isn't visually correct.
The general lighting solution is too bright and direct etc etc
small things, but small things that make a great image.

well the brightness of the sun/outside in an image depends on the camera and its settings for the picture..
I also think you should give the wall some more work. otherwise its a nice image and good composition i think.
