Vray and linear workflow

This may be a dumb questions, but I wonder, if textures gamma must be adjusted upfront, when used with vray in the diffuse channel. What kind of textures does vray expect?

I'm using vray 1.2 with Cinema 4D R11.5.

just use the textures you would use with c4d
but enable the LWF in the vray CMtab
