Hi, I've been testing GI in Vray and got this good result that i'd like you to see. getting a good gi will be really easy in the next update.. more feature have'been added. =D
walls are a light wood.

Very nice results, I hope we do not have to start from scratch learning vray when the next version comes out. Anyone willing to say when it might become available?

No, you misunderstand i meant its more simple now. interface looks better organized etc.. i cant say more =).
about the release date very soon, i cant give you an estimated time though

Ahhhh thanks choppir :lol: mr. X i will soon enough but mostly i put scenes because i dont have enough time to make a tutorial :cry: i will try my best though i didnt make one ever. :lol:

what do you mean with "testing GI".... did'nt we use GI every time? Global Illumination?

yeah hiro, im making some tests with GI settings and color mapping. never used Reinhard :wink: thanks too.

the night shot is also very nice.

But i find a little mistake... :wink:
You are using square TC-T or TC-D downlights with an IES Data from a halogen luminaire... ok, that was a nit-picking hint... :D

i think the ies is from the upper lamp :wink: its just look down because its far from the wall not like the left one

Wow, perfect! Does this meant that you did use Reinhard for these images? :). I tried this mapping type, but I wasnt able to set it. As I wrote in another post there are different value fields than in documentation.

hi,

it´s clear that the light is from the recessed luminaires in the ceiling.
I meant that this luminaires have a different kind of light distribution... :D
