some forum clean up over next 2 weeks

Dear users,

its time for a small cleanup again, so dont be alarmed if you have some temporal forum issues. we do some forum work and cleanup next days/2 weeks. if you encounter some forum problem it might help to empty your brwoser cache.

as a first step we moved the special language subforums to the big VRAYforC4D help/support user section. it seemed some users didnt find or dodnt know where to post help questions in case.
